1/1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. cream of tartar
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt
cinnamon sugar
Combine ingredients in order listed, Mix well. Chill dough up to 1 hour or up to 3 weeks. Roll into small balls and roll through cinnamon sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 400*
