Pork Chops N' Kraut

August


2 T. oil
6 pork chops
1 1lb. can sauerkraut
1 can peeled tomatoes

Cook meat in a heavy skillet until very well browned, reserve drippings. Place chops in a shallow casserole. Spoon on sauerkraut and top with tomatoes. Drizzle on pan drippings. Bake 1 hour at 350* Serves 6
