Breaded Pork Chops

August 8, 1990


6 pork chops, 1 " thick
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1 t. seasoned salt
shortening to fry in


Dip meat in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs. Brown in a skillet until both sides are golden brown. Arrange on a shallow pan in a single layer. in a single layer. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 300*.

On bacon:   After rinsing bacon under the tap, cook on low heat to start. Drain grease as you go. occasionally turn up the heat. Your bacon will lay nice and flat!
