2 pkgs. instant noodles, broken
1 120z. can tuna, drained
2 T. oil
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 t. curry powder, optional
3 T. flour
1/2 c. milk
seasoned flavor packets dissolved in 1 c. water
For cream sauce, fry apple and onion in oil until tender. Add flour and slowly stir in milk and seasoned water mix. Add tuna, breaking well with a fork. Mix and simmer 12 minutes. Boil noodles for 3 minutes, drain, and add to tuna mixture. Serves 4
Pharmacist to customer: There aren't really any serious side effects, just an occasional Elvis sighting.
