2 medium leeks
1/4 c. oleo
2 16oz. cans grren beans, drained
Trim and split leeks lengthwise. Wash carefully and slice. Saute in oleo until tender, add beans and heat through. Serves 6
I used green beans from my garden after I cooked them. The taste of summer. If you cannot find leeks you can use green onions.
