Butterscotch Oatmeal

July


2 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. oleo

 In a large saucepan, combine eggs, milk and sugar. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.  Stir in oatmeal and cook until just bubbly. Add oleo, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 2 minutes. Serves 5

 We found a Little Tyke's car that opens and the horn honks. Yard sales are fun and this was only 20 bucks.
