1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sifted all purpose flour
Cream oleo until smooth. Add heese and blend well. Gradually add flour. Roll into small balls, place on a greased cookie sheet. Lightly flatten with a fork. Bake 15 minutes at 325*. Makes 3 dozen.
Never understand about cheese being grated or shredded so you choose:)
You girls loved to hand these out to your friends after school. One day we came home and our pet shitzuh, Bandit, was on the table eating away and we could only save a few. Hence the name...
