My Mom's Spaghetti Red

May


1# ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
salt/pepper
3 c. cooked large elbow macaroni

Cook ground beef with vegetables until beed is thoroughly done, drain well. Season to taste. Add soup and macaroni, heat thru.  Serves 6

There was a time I cherish when my mother would set the table during the week with an ironed cotton tablecloth and a full set of table service. This is a cherished recipe and she made it the best. Tapioca pudding and a relish tray becomes it.
