1 1/2 c. shaped pasta
1 pkg, hot dogs, sliced into coins
1 can ready to serve vegetable soup
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
Cook pasta, drain. Lightly brown hot dogs and mix all ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
This recipe is a hit with toddlers as it's easy to spoon and pick up with tiny fingers. I never give out cold hot dogs, best to heat to kill bacteria.
An Ode to my Daughters 1979
God made my girls with budding trees
Majestic mountains and roving seas
He must have took a pause and thought some more
To have my girls to share these dreams.
To walk in our woods and gather his flowers
To commune with nature in morning dawn hours
So God blessed us with Jody, Debbie, and Nancy
Their eyes to touch and the whole world they shower.
Their bouncing curls and contagious smiles
So enchanting, yet they've feminine wiles
Yet they've completed a task our world needed done
Now we're complete, our love will hold miles
Paradise seen through little girls' eyes
Must be rainbows and fantasies
And those dimples they show through white pearls
Willbe diamonds of the nigt, a dream God forsees.
