1 small box instant lemon pudding mix May 25. 1994
2 c. whipped topping
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 T. lemon juice
1 17oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 squat can pineapple chunks, drained
1/3 c. chopped pecans
Prepare pudding as directed on box. Stir in lemon juice. Fold in remaining ingrediants. Pour into a greased gelatin ring, freeze overnight. Unmold onto serving platter and arrange fresh fruit around dessert. 12 servings.
Our picnic plans could get canceled this time of year since this is Kansas and we get tornadoes. Today is one of those days, muggy 85*. Linwood Park sounds fun for a picnic as they are holding a multi-cultural event and I think that is a wonderful idea.
Several years after I wrote this, a tornado did go through and destroyed a lot of the parks' history.
