Crab Meat Dp

May 2. 1994


8 oz. pkg, cream cheese
2 T. mayonnaise
2 T. Worcestershire's sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1 small onion, diced
1 c. chili sauce
1 flat can crab meat, drained, rinsed

Combine cream cheese, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and onion. Shape into an oval and chill. When ready to serve, cover with chili sauce and crab meat. Serve with  thick cracker. Makes about 2 cups.


Devin is 2 years old today! Happy birthday, Pook. You love seafood and enjoyed this but I did omit onions this time.  You also learned to do a rain dance today, because it's pouring out.

 Toddlers seem to love food they can dip into.

                                                           Blenders

 I found a nice blender at a yard sale today. Unfortunately there are no instructions included. Blenders will not mash potatoes, beat egg whites or grind raw meat.
