Salmon Casserole

May


2 c. canned salmon, drained, flaked
2 c. bread crumbs
1 T. oleo
1/4 c. onion, chopped
salt/pepper
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1 T. Worcestershire's sauce
1 t. lemon pepper

Blend all ingredients well. Place in a greased casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes at 375*  6 servings

 It's so cold. The high is supposed to reach 72*. Jody is on the floor under 2 blankets. BRRRR.
 Being a single parent, I must stop being in denial we are having some problems Last night I fixed a pot roast, Debbie loves it...Too chilly to go out and sell Avon so I will clean house..I love you girls
