Potato Pronto salad

June 7, 1992


2# red potatoes, quartered
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 small green bell pepper
2 green onions, chopped
1 T. spicy mustard

Boil potatoes  until tender. drain. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and chill at least 6 hours. Makes 6 servings.


 The veggies came from garden. It's a quick recipe and a variant of way to  use your garden veggies.
I served a meat loaf with this.

Place bread heels under meat loaf before baking to absorb the grease. Toss the heels out to the birds as they love this treat.
