1 tube biscuits, 10 count
1/3 c. tomato sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 t. Italian seasoning
1/4 t. garlic salt
1 small can sliced mushrooms
2 T. onion, chopped
1 T. green pepper flakes
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
2 T. Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven t 350*. Lightly grease a brownie pan and press biscuits onto bottom and sides to form a crust. Bake 6 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on tomato sauce. In fry pan, brown ground beef, drain. Blend in seasonings. Spread beef mixture over sauce. Add rest of toppings and bake 20 minutes.

An excerpt from my diary, July 4, 1977
WOW! What a trip. Gloria, Bj, you three girls and I just got back from Okimah, Oklahoma to visit Gloria's grandparents. We were in a Volkswagen Rabbit, no doubt. That's 2 adults and 4 small children.
Twenty miles before we get home the car breaks down, it's the 4th, of course no one is home so we did fireworks at a road stop until a trucker helped us get the car going.
This recipe goes out to Oklahoma. I usually go there once a year.
