Taco Meat Balls

July


1 lb. ground beef
1 c. tortilla chips, crushed
1/2 c. onion
1 egg
salt / pepper
1/4 t. cumin and thyme (optional)

In a large bowl, blend beef, onion egg and seasonings. Form into balls and roll in crushed tortilla chips.
Fry 10 minutes, cover and simmer until done. Serves 4
